It’s another week of wrestling. We’ve got AAA Triplemania later tonight, but before that we’ve got a few things to talk about.
WWE Raw was a bit of a mixed bag for me. I’m a Swiftie, so while there were some great moments, I was just counting down with Taylor’s timer waiting for her Monday night announcement.
There’s a bit of news going around I want to touch on before we get to my top spots.
- Naomi got pulled from this past Raw. She’s going to be on this next episode to talk about what’s going on. Is she injured? Is she pregnant? Is it all a work and she’s going to continue to dominate the roster? I guess we’re going to find out.
- Karrion Kross says his release is not a work. Scarlett wasn’t given an offer, and he was only allowed 24 hours to decide on his own contract. His shirts are already over on Pro Wrestling Tees and he’s got a few events lined up. I really hope WWE figures it out and brings him back.
Now let’s get into the week:
One Match
Dominik Mysterio is going back-to-back in my One Match. This week he paired up with Ludwig Kaiser El Grande Americano to take on Dragon Lee and AJ Styles.

It’s the perfect lead-in for Triplemania, and beyond. Dominik and Americano made for a surprisingly fun tag team, and this match kept Dom and AJ at the forefront leading up to a second IC title bout.
One Moment
Charlotte Flair is the moment. She showed up looking incredible. She’s happy to be featured and she continues to get cheers from the crowd.
Seeing her enjoy herself and soak up the crowd’s energy alongside Alexa Bliss is one of the best things going in WWE.
One Promo
WWE is clearly at its best when it feels real. When the line between scripting and real life is indistinguishable.
Bayley deserves the world.
She should be featured more heavily. She should be among the top stars in the main event. She should be on every poster. And her character knows that as she is going through some sort of on-screen breakdown. It feels like it could be the woman behind the character frustrated with how she’s being used, and that makes it all the more powerful.
Honorable Mentions
- Why is Sami Zayn jumping brands to SmackDown to fight for the US title? It’s not something I need to see, or something I expected from Sami’s character. I have to admit, seeing him celebrate with Jimmy and Jacob to end the show made it worth it.
- Melo’s breakup with The Miz is coming soon, and I cannot wait. It’s going to launch Him to a new level in WWE. It’s definitely been a slow burn but Carmelo Hayes is going to be a big part of the future.
- Piper Niven and Alba Fyre deserve a run as tag champs. I’m a huge fan of Piper and I want to see her succeed, but I don’t want Charlotte and Alexa dethroned any time soon.
